Survive and Thrive

3RD – 5TH GRADE | DURHAM

Gather around to explore the skills we need to thrive in the wild. Together we’ll practice outdoor skills and investigate the resources around us to make tools and toys! Experiment with natural materials to build shelters, tend gardens, make cordage and stone tools. Art, music, and stories are also essential survival tools! Together we’ll get to know our local ecosystem and native species of plants and animals—making friendships to last the whole summer and beyond.

*This camp spends the majority of its day in an outdoor shelter.
