Start your engines…and your ovens! What does it take to start your own food truck? Let’s go from farm to table sourcing quality ingredients and using culinary techniques of the past, present, and future – from fermentation to liquid nitrogen! We’ll cook up our own signature dish and wrap up the week with a food truck rodeo to share our gastronomic masterpieces!
